Our team needs help handling a high number of user signups, demo bookings and customer inquiries. And, as we improve our process for handling those, we'll expand and ramp up our marketing.

Work Description

Servable's Growth Associate will be responsible for coordinating campaigns in paid ads, SEO, content creation, web/landing page creation, A/B testing, conversion tracking and analytics. 

In addition, the Growth Associate will assist with inbound lead management, helping to activate new signups, communicate with customers via Intercom, and generally help ensure we're turning every potential customer into a happy Servable user.


Assist day-to-day moving prospects and new signups through the acquisition and activation funnels

Coordinate marketing campaigns across a range of channels, including social, paid social, search, paid search, and more

Work on conversion tools, including web pages, A/B tests, educational materials including collateral and video content

Advise on product design, marketing and user research efforts


Experience running growth efforts

Constant learner across a diverse set of interests
